1. Agreement
By visiting Flirty Vixens, creating an account, submitting a show request, uploading audio or artwork, or clicking to agree, you enter a binding agreement with the operator of flirtyvixens.com (“Flirty Vixens,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms include our Privacy Policy. Additional house rules posted on the site may apply to specific features.
2. You must be 18 or older
Flirty Vixens is an adults-only service. You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- Any audience you invite or promote your show to is intended to be 18 or older.
- You will not create a show, upload content, or submit a form on behalf of a minor.
We may ask for date-of-birth confirmation at the door. Providing a false age is grounds for immediate removal. If we learn a user is under 18, we will close the account and delete associated personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Creating a show
Requesting a show is an application, not an automatic right to publish. We may accept, delay, or decline a request. When you submit the signup form you agree that the details you provide are accurate and that we may contact you at the email you list.
You are responsible for the name of your show, your host identity, artwork, episode files, descriptions, and anything you say on air or in show notes.
4. No scams, spam, or fraud
You agree you will not use Flirty Vixens to scam, spam, phish, impersonate, or defraud anyone. That includes, without limitation:
- Pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, advance-fee fraud, or “investment” pitches designed to take money under false pretenses.
- Unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, scraped mailing lists, or buying/selling listener data harvested from the platform.
- Impersonating another host, brand, or Flirty Vixens staff.
- Phishing pages, malware links, or “support” messages that ask listeners for passwords or payment codes.
- Fake reviews, fake listener counts, or coordinated inauthentic engagement.
We may remove content, freeze a show, or report activity to payment processors or law enforcement when we reasonably believe this section has been broken.
5. Acceptable use
You also agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or incite violence against anyone.
- Upload content that sexually exploits minors. Zero tolerance. We will report it.
- Post non-consensual intimate imagery or recordings.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
- Attempt to hack, scrape at scale, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Circumvent age gates, bans, or access controls.
- Use the platform primarily as a dumping ground for ads unrelated to an actual podcast.
Adult conversation among consenting adults is allowed. Abuse is not.
6. Adult themes
Shows may be bold, playful, or explicit so long as every participant is an adult and no one is exploited. You must label sensitive episodes clearly when the tools allow it. You are responsible for complying with advertising and platform rules of any third-party app that syndicates your feed.
7. Your content, your catalog
You keep ownership of original show materials you upload (audio, titles, artwork you created or are licensed to use). Flirty Vixens does not claim your intellectual property and does not require a revenue share as a condition of hosting.
You grant Flirty Vixens a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transcode, stream, cache, and display your materials solely to operate and promote the platform and your show. That license ends when your content is removed from our systems, except for reasonable backups and legal holds.
8. Fees
Access to create and host a show on Flirty Vixens is offered free of platform fees and without a mandatory revenue share. Optional paid tools, if we add them later, will be described before you buy them. You remain responsible for your own recording gear, music licenses, and any taxes on money you earn off-platform.
9. Moderation and takedown
We may remove or restrict a show that appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights. We may also act on a valid copyright notice. We are not obligated to monitor every episode in advance.
10. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, creates risk for listeners, or remains inactive. After closure we may delete hosted files subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.
11. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that every episode will reach every directory, or that a show will find an audience. Hosts speak for themselves, not for Flirty Vixens.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flirty Vixens and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and hold Flirty Vixens harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your show, your content, your listeners’ use of your materials, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes that affect existing hosts will be flagged on the site or by email when we have an address on file.
