1. Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors and hosts of flirtyvixens.com and related signup forms. Flirty Vixens is an adults-only podcast home. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
You may give us:
- Name, email, podcast name, and short bio when you request a show.
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older and that you accept the Terms.
- Messages you send to hello@flirtyvixens.com or admin@flirtyvixens.com.
- Show files, artwork, and descriptions after a show is approved.
We may collect automatically:
- Basic device and browser data, IP address, and pages viewed, through standard server or analytics logs.
- An age-gate flag stored in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask for your birthday on every visit.
- Approximate location derived from IP, used for abuse prevention and statistics — not for selling a profile of you.
We do not ask for government ID, payment cards, or Social Security numbers on the public landing page.
3. How we use it
- To review show requests and email you at the address you provided.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- To enforce the 18+ rule and the Terms of Use.
- To answer support mail and investigate spam, scams, or abuse.
- To send service messages about your show. We will not sell your email list or blast you with unrelated ads.
4. Show signup emails
When you submit “Claim your show,” the form posts your answers so they can be delivered to admin@flirtyvixens.com. That mailbox is used to review applications. Your email may be used as a reply-to address so we can write you back. Do not put passwords or payment numbers in the bio field.
5. Cookies and local storage
The age gate stores a simple “verified adult” flag in localStorage on your device. You can clear it in your browser; we will ask for your birthday again. If we add analytics or embedding cookies later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask before setting non-essential cookies.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With infrastructure vendors who process it for us (hosting, email delivery, security) under a duty to keep it confidential.
- When the law requires it, or to protect a person from serious harm.
- If the platform is transferred as part of a reorganization, with notice when reasonably possible.
Public show pages (title, host name, artwork, episodes you publish) are meant to be seen by listeners. Do not publish private contact details in episode notes unless you want them public.
7. Retention
Application emails are kept long enough to review and follow up, then as long as needed for security and accounting. Host account data lasts for the life of the show plus a short wind-down period after deletion. Server logs are rotated on a regular cycle. Backups expire as the backup window rolls forward.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to admin@flirtyvixens.com. Tell us the email you used on the form. We may need to verify it is you. Some records (fraud investigations, legal holds) cannot be erased immediately.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to ask for a portable copy of the data you gave us. We will honor those requests as the law requires.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children or to anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use HTTPS, access-limited mailboxes, and standard hosting controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the devices you use to record and upload shows.
11. International visitors
If you contact us from outside the country where our systems run, your information will be processed in the United States or in the region of our hosting and email providers. By using the site you understand that transfer.
12. Changes
We will post updates here and change the “Last updated” date. If we start using personal data in a materially new way, we will say so on the site or by email.
